After a dozen years of marriage and four children, Mel and Jason deliver a very real point of view on being married with children. In part 1 of 2, we talk about everything from the frequency of sex and how men can feel rejected, to why you have to accept your partners “as-is” and agree to disagree. They also drop knowledge on what it takes to thrive in a marriage, and next week on part 2, how kids change the equation.

 

About the Guests

Jason Williamson was raised in California. He is Howard U graduate and married to Melanie for 12 years, they have 4 children. He an  entrepreneur and likes taking long walks in the park, sunsets, and butterflies!

Melanie is from Southern California. At 18, she moved to Washington DC to attend Howard University, and has since lived in DC on and off for the last 20 years. She met Jason while she was in her third year of law school at Georgetown. She is currently obsessed with landscaping in her free time, but was much more interesting in her 20’s as an avid drinker, writer, and music connoisseur.
